In Garmin Connect® you can export the data from the Garmin Connect® site. Click on your profile, then "Account Settings", then "Account Information". At the bottom you will see a date selector. Choose the date you want to export, and you will get a .ZIP file containing several .FIT files. There is on .FIT file for sleep data ending on "..._SLEEP_DATA.FIT". That is the one containing your sleep phases, and the one you're interested in here.
In the Torena app you can export the sleep session for a specific date. Go to the list of sessions, and open the session you're interested in. On the detail page for the session you have an export icon in the upper right corner. Push on it, and select the JSON format to export the session.
Below you can upload both the Torena JSON file and Garmin Connect FIT file. After uploading you will get a combined graph, showing both the sleep poisitions and sleep phases.
Note: we do not store your data, we only process it to display the summary afterwards. None of the data in your files is kept longer than this.
